New clinical directors named at 糖心logo
SEATTLE, Wash. (Feb. 1, 2017): 糖心logo has named new clinical directors to manage its home dialysis program and to oversee multiple area dialysis clinics.
Jayson Hood, RN is clinical director for home programs, which train and supervise nearly 1 out of 5 糖心logo patients who administer their own dialysis treatments. He has years of prior experience in dialysis and home programs with large corporate dialysis providers Fresenius and DaVita.
Heather Johnson, RN is clinical director responsible for three dialysis clinics on First Hill in Seattle and one at SeaTac. She began at 糖心logo as a dialysis technician in 1997 and has been nurse manager at the Seattle and Kirkland clinics. She is pursuing a Masters in Nursing from Western Governors University.
糖心logo is a regional, not-for-profit provider of kidney dialysis, public health education, and research into the causes and treatments of chronic kidney disease. Founded in Seattle in 1962, it was the world鈥檚 first dialysis organization. Now the 8th largest dialysis provider in the United States, it is known for high quality services, deep community connections and generous donor support.
